NEXUS AI provides an autonomous capital management platform that uses algorithmic technology to analyze financial markets and manage allocated capital on behalf of registered users. The Platform is a technology infrastructure — not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.

The minimum deposit to activate algorithmic capital management is $200 USD unless otherwise stated on the Platform. Deposits are held on segregated custodial accounts maintained by regulated third-party payment providers — not on NEXUS AI corporate accounts.
All deposits are subject to verification and compliance screening. We reserve the right to reject or return deposits that fail verification.
IMPORTANT: Past performance is not indicative of future results. Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss. Target performance ranges (e.g., 0.05%–1% daily) are illustrative orientations based on historical algorithm behavior — not guarantees of future returns.

You may request withdrawal of available funds subject to Platform processing times and applicable verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on file. Processing typically takes 1–5 business days.
We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending compliance review, fraud investigation, or regulatory obligations.
Registered users may earn referral credits (e.g., $50 USD) when a referred client completes registration and verification. Referral rewards are credited to your Platform wallet. Referral program terms, reward amounts, and eligibility criteria may be updated at our discretion.
Referral credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash outside the Platform, and may be subject to minimum activity requirements.
NEXUS AI earns revenue based on platform turnover generated by client capital performance. We do not charge hidden fees, deposit fees, or account maintenance fees unless explicitly disclosed on the Platform prior to your consent.
Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed in your account dashboard before they are charged.

All Platform technology, algorithms, branding, content, and software are the exclusive property of NEXUS AI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of capital, lost profits, or data loss.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to NEXUS AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Upon termination, available funds will be returned subject to verification and applicable holding periods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
